We want you to love what you got. If something's wrong, tell us — we'll make it right.

Our Policy

• Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Email us a photo.
• Wrong size ordered: Exchange for correct size within 30 days of delivery.
• Changed your mind: Because our products are made-to-order, we can't accept general returns. But reach out — we'll work with you.
• Digital downloads: All sales final.

How to Start a Return

Email support@summerbaddies.com with your order number and issue description. Include a photo if the item is damaged. We respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
