When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Apparel takes slightly longer (5–7 days). Digital downloads are instant.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days depending on location.

What sizes are available for apparel?
Our apparel runs S–3XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Are the flags weather-resistant?
Yes — all flags are 3x5 ft polyester with brass grommets, designed for outdoor display.

The Trevor Project Donation

How does the 10% donation work?
10% of every order total is donated to The Trevor Project — the largest LGBTQ+ youth crisis intervention organization in the US. This is not a promotion or a limited campaign. It's how we operate on every order, always.

Can I see proof of donations?
We post donation updates on our Instagram @summerbaddies. You can also verify The Trevor Project directly at thetrevorproject.org.

Discount Codes

How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code" field. Codes cannot be combined.

My code isn't working — help?
Check that the code is entered exactly as given (no spaces). If it's still not working, email support@summerbaddies.com.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital download?
You'll receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

What format are the files?
All digital downloads are high-resolution PNG files, optimized for both mobile and desktop screens.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@summerbaddies.com with a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email support@summerbaddies.com with your order number.
